This cover shows medium long shot a boy cutting through a "pinata" style heart. It matches the single as that is about a conflict between falling in and out of love, this relates to the cover as the boy has cut through the majority of the heart, leaving the very bottom together, which could suggest him being undecided. The heart has flyer's and starts shooting out of it where he has cut through it, making up for the blood which should have been there, this makes the whole situation a lot cuter and friendly, which could suggest his target audience. The background is a plain grey and white, which allows the image and the writing to stand out. The bands name is written in white at the top of the single cover, in a block of black colour. This makes it the first thing to catch the eye of the audience, bringing in their original fans, while the colourful image may attract new ones. The name of the song is written in the same style of the bands name, however this is at the bottom, still visible but not as attracting as the one at the top. The image covers both parts of writing slightly, making the image once again a greater focus.
